X Property Management was founded to close a gap in the market. Owners wanted a manager who operated their assets with the discipline of an institution and the responsiveness of a partner.

Caden is the founder of X Property Management and leads all of its operations. He started XPM to give owners something he felt the industry was missing: a manager that runs every property like its own, with personal attention, clear communication, and real accountability. Working alongside a close group of long-term partners and clients, he has grown XPM into a 16-person team managing commercial, retail, and residential properties across the Wasatch Front.
Jordan oversees XPM's flagship commercial and office assets and is the main point of contact for the owners behind them. He prepares and delivers client reporting, from monthly financials and budget variance to annual budgets, so owners always know how their buildings are performing. Jordan works closely with brokers on leasing and renewals, handles lease administration, and runs tenant relations, including tenant surveys and building events that keep occupancy strong.
Torie supports XPM's commercial portfolio of office and retail properties. As a day-to-day point of contact for our tenants, she keeps communication fast, resolves issues quickly, and helps coordinate work orders, vendors, and lease renewals so buildings run smoothly and owners stay informed.
Dylan directs building engineering and maintenance across XPM's portfolio. He writes and enforces the standard operating procedures (SOPs) our buildings run on, runs competitive bidding for vendor contracts and capital projects, oversees preventive maintenance and inspections for HVAC, life safety, roofing, janitorial, and landscaping, and manages building security and key-card access. When something breaks, he makes sure it's fixed right, fast, and on budget.
Lux is our sister company, built for owners of luxury homes. It brings the same operating discipline we use on commercial buildings to private residences: supervised vendors, billing handled for you, regular visits and walkthroughs, and one statement a month.
